The Beatles

  • The Beatles were a rock band from Liverpool, England, formed in the 1960s.
  • The members are: Paul McCartney (bass, piano and vocals), John Lennon (guitar, piano and vocals), George Harrison (solo guitar and vocals) and Ringo Starr (drums and vocals).
  • Known as the "boys from Liverpool" or "Fab Four" (Fantastic Four), gained fame, popularity and reputation to this day for a novel banda musical and became the band's most successful and most influential of the twentieth century.
  • The Beatles lead the British Invasion in rock followed by The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Animals and many others.
  • Comes to cinemas in 1964 the first film of the Beatles, A Hard Day's Night. Brazil was named the Kings of IE, IE, IE.

The Rolling Stones

  • The Rolling Stones are an English rock band formed in May 25, 1962, and is among the oldest bands still in activity.
  • Alongside the Beatles were the band's most important call British Invasion occurred in the 1960s, which added several artists in the British North American stops.
  • Formed by Brian Jones, Keith Richards, Mick Jagger, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts, the group based its sound in blues.

Bob Dylan

  • Robert Allen Zimmerman, better known as Bob Dylan, was born on May 24, 1941, singer and composer is the U.S..
  • Born in the state of Minnesota, the grandson of Russian-Jewish immigrants, the ten-year-old Dylan wrote his first poems, and even teenager, he learned piano and guitar alone.
  • He began singing in groups of rock, imitating Little Richard and Buddy Holly, but when I went to the University of Mineapolis in 1959, turned to the folk music, impressed with the musical work of the legendary folk singer Woody Guthrie, who was visiting in New York in 1961.
  • Dylan has released over 45 albums since 1962, when it launched its first album, "Bob Dylan", dedicated to traditional folk. Her second album, "The Freewhellin 'Bob Dylan" (1963), containing only songs of his own, has the musician with the hit "Blowin 'In The Wind", which became an anthem of the civil rights movement.
